There are three bedrooms, two Queen-size rooms with Smart TV and a bunk bed with Smart TV. There's a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The annex consists of a kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven, a living/dining room with wood-burning stove and Smart TV. There is a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture, and barbecue, hot tub, and private driveway parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at One Clarkes Lane promises to be one to remember.

The Offa's Dyke Path which loosely follows the England/Wales border is another fantastic and well-travelled walking route allowing you to experience the natural beauty of England and Wales.
