This charming newly built Villa Ruby Rose is located in the small town of Ražanac near Velebit. Ražanac is a charming coastal town located not far from Zadar on the southeastern side of Velebit. A quiet and secluded place, ideal for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. If you are looking for an adventure, Ražanac is the perfect starting point for exploring the Zadar area. Velebit on the east side is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Nearby is the Paklenica National Park, which tourists love to visit and enjoy its natural beauty. For those who like larger centers, Zadar is only a twenty-minute drive away.
Exterior of the villa is fully fenced which offers You complete privacy during Your stay. In front of the villa there is a big swimming pool with sun beds where You can enjoy sunrays during hot summer days. Gastronomy enthusiasts will be delighted by the summer kitchen next to the pool and dining area with grill on the open.
Interior of Villa Ruby Rose is a modernly decorated whose design and eye for detail will surely leave you breathless. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a living room where the whole family can be comfortably accommodated and one toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, out of which the master’s bedroom has en suite bathroom. In this part there is also one separate bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. For enjoying the morning coffee, there is a balcony on the first floor level.
