Historic building: Authentic wooden floors, so sound can sometimes be heard.
Spacious shower: Large shower, the bathroom is a bit older but works perfectly.
Visitors: Unregistered guests are not allowed, regular checks are conducted.

Dog fee: €15 per dog per night.
Long stay: Weekly cleaning is mandatory for longer stays (with a small additional fee).
Our self-service accommodations have no reception, only security. Guests book and pay online in advance and contact the hosts beforehand for personal access. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 for emergencies and ready to answer all your questions. We are happy to share tips about hotspots in Zoutelande, from great restaurants to cozy bars.

Zoutelande in winter offers a perfect mix of cozy beach walks, seasonal sports, local culture, shopping, and festive events. Whether you’re relaxing on heated terraces, flying a kite by the sea, or visiting nearby Christmas markets, there’s something for every age and interest just minutes from your stay.

Access is granted after completing the digital check-in form, so you won’t have to expect a reception desk or long queues. The information is required for municipal registration and the mandatory tourist tax. It’s a must. Please fill in the details immediately after booking. You will then receive the check-in instructions, including a walk-through video, well in advance of your arrival.
