Beautiful and modern villa in a quiet location in KorÄula, Vela Luka, a few minutes' walk from the center and all amenities.
The living area of the villa on two floors is 120m2, covered terrace with barbecue 25m2, terrace from the western bedroom 14m2, outdoor terrace with swimming pool 200m2, and the area of the plot is 770m2.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a toilet and an outdoor covered kitchen with a grill and a table. Large glass walls along the entire length of the living room and dining room allow an open view of the bay, the pool and the large terrace.
There is a modern fireplace in the living room. There is a play area on the side of the house.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the western room has its own terrace of 14m2.
