Kom och spendera din semester snorkling, dykning eller bara koppla av på de bästa stränderna i St. Croix! Sunset Villa är en 1 200 kvadratmeter stor 1 BD / 1BA lägenhet vid stranden som har totalrenoverats våren 2017 för att inkludera ett helt nytt kök och badkar. Enheten har alla nya möbler för att inkludera en vacker ny king size-säng med premiummadrass och två bäddsoffor för din extra komfort. Det helt nya köket är fullt utrustat för ditt kulinariska nöje samt en grill i närliggande lusthus. Enheten är välutrustad för att passa alla behov för att inkludera kabel, WiFi och stereo, sängkläder, badhanddukar, solstolar, parasoll, kylare och 2 uppsättningar snorkelutrustning för att snorkla i de bästa svampfält och rev på ön!

Harbour Beach Village Condominiums ligger ungefär 30 meter från Karibiska havet på en vit sandstrand! Det ligger en mil söder om den pittoreska staden Frederiksted. Staden är värd för alla kryssningsfartyg som kommer till St. Croix. Du hittar restauranger, shopping och nattliv allt inom gångavstånd! Harbour Beach Village är en tre tunnland gated community på 18 enheter. De tre tunnlandssamhället är inhägnad i när den ligger på en halvö och är bara en av de två strukturerna som ligger längs stranden med 7 mil. Sandy Point National Nature Preserve ligger en kort promenad på 0,34 mil söder om Harbor Beach Village! Sandy Point var med i den slutliga scenen av filmen "Shawshank Redemption".

Fastigheten har en underbar lusthus med grill för utomhusmat, tillsammans med en hängmatta för att svänga din dag bort om du väljer! Fastigheten har också en stor saltvattenpool och lusthus med bord och solstolar.

Sunset Villa ligger på första våningen i komplexet och den närmaste byggnaden till strandingången. Enheten har även en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i tvättstugan. Det är här dina flottörer, solstolar och snorkelutrustning finns!

Wonderful St Croix Condo

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, ocean facing, and spacious! Loved the sound of the waves! Renee was very responsive and helpful when our travel dates changed! Betsy helped us when we had a problem with the washer. She came down at 9pm to help us! Our stay there was amazing. We went snorkeling right in front of our condo!! We will stay again!

Perfect Oasis

Super convenient and easy to find location. Best spot on the island to snorkel. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Quiet and relaxing area but close to everything. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Felt safe in the area.

A wonderful place to call home for our 8-day stay. All communications and coordination were fantastic — with both Renee and Betsy. The condo provided a comfortable, clean and perfectly located basecamp from which to explore St Croix. The large lanai with its ocean view and retractable screen gave us front row seats to some of the most gorgeous sunsets! The pool was clean and well maintained and has a great ocean view. All the neighbors as well as Bob — the HBV caretaker were warm and friendly. It’s only 5 minutes to downtown Frederiksted and the pier where there are great restaurants and activities. We SCUBA dove with Nep2une dive shop — highly recommended (thanks Betsy for the referral!). Overall we had a most enjoyable stay and are looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future!

Absolute Paradise in St. Croix!

Our stay at this oceanside condo in St. Croix was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the soothing sound of waves and the breathtaking view of the Caribbean right outside our door. The location is unbeatable — we were steps away from incredible snorkeling adventures each day. The water was clear, calm, and full of vibrant sea life!What really made this place special, though, was the warm community and the attentive caretaker, Bob. He was helpful, kind, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The interaction and communication with the owner was prompt and perfect. The residents were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed island vibe that made it so easy to unwind.This condo is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and recover from the busyness of life. Every morning started with ocean breezes and every evening ended with stunning sunsets. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place for a perfect stay

Location was perfect for us as we love to snorkel. The beach right in front of the condo and at the pier were the best for snorkeling. The place felt like a home. The crosswinds were perfect so we never needed to use the AC.

Great Stay in St Croix

Condo is right on the water's edge with a great view of all the blue colors you could hope for. Rental is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Owner went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. All of the neighbors we met during our stay were wonderful.

Wonderful from the moment we arrived until we sadly departed. Amazing condo and responsive host. Perfect place to call home while you explore the island. Chill at the pool, BBQ at the patio or snorkel out front ---- nothing left out here. We WILL be back!!

Great stay at this property!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property, right on the water with beautiful ocean breezes, comfortable accommodations, and a safe place to stay on island. The manager for the property was very nice, too. We would definitely stay here again on our trip to beautiful St.Croix!

Long walks

Long walk on beach to Sandy Point is uncrowded and great. Snorkeling is OK but care is needed to find a safe place to get in and out over the rocks. Property is neat clean and well cared for.

Anniversary Trip

This beachfront condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. We made several visits to the swimming pool. The is nothing in the world like falling asleep to the sound of the sea outside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend!

A place where doing nothing is everything

Let me explain my title. We have always felt that St. Croix was in fact a place where doing nothing is everything meaning the island has a magical pull a place where if you don’t want to do anything other than sit in a chair on the beach all day then that is enough. Sunset Villa is this place! With the amazing views that the lanai offers to the spacious living area. Creatively decorated with local art and splashes of color throughout, Sunset Villa offers all the amenities and more! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is a huge plus especially on days when the sea gets a little rough to swim in. I must add that the owner of this property, was so helpful when it came to several questions we had before making reservations and even after we had arrived making sure we were happy in our space, thanks so much Renee!

Great condo!

We LOVED staying in this well maintained and well-equipped oceanfront condominium. It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The pool and grounds are equally well maintained. The owners and the caretakers were readily available in case we needed anything (which we did not). The description and pictures accurately depict the setting and the unit; we could not have been more pleased.

condo c-100 south of Frederiksted

Owner was very prompt with all communications and quickly answered all our questions. Condo was clean, spacious and maybe bigger than the pictures made it appear. It's location on the first floor and near the southern end was very convenient. Liked having the first parking spot (as you enter gate). I would definitely recommend this quiet and private location if you're staying near Frederiksted. We walked to town every morning and everyone was very friendly.

Wonderful beach side condo

We enjoyed the beach out the window day and night. The flow through breeze felt amazing. The sunset and sunrise is visible over the water. The only complaint is the sheets were slightly too small for the bed so they came off very easily. Some of the best snorkeling on island was just out the window. The host provided great snorkeling gear. One of the best beaches on island is right there but it is only open on Sat and Sunday in the Winter. We loved our stay and found it a great romantic get away.

Amazing Condo!!

We couldn’t be happier with the place. So nice having little extras we didn’t have to go buy. Spices, paper products, etc... Spacious! Clean! Private! Secure! Amazing reef right in front, we saw a ton of cool stuff snorkeling in addition to diving. I’ve stayed many places on St Croix and this was by far the best!!! Renee was amazing with communication! Property manager was wonderful. Not one negative!

Great condo in Fredricksted

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa. It’s quiet, laidback atmosphere is exactly what we wanted. Renee, the owner, was easy to work with from booking through checkout. Mark, the property manager, lives on site was helpful and informative. This lovely condo was clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, and nicely decorated. It’s updated and we loved the lanai with its beautiful view of the sea. Sandy Point Beach and Dorsch Beach are gorgeous and nearby. Fredricksted is a quaint, small town with a few nice restaurants near the pier. We enjoyed the seafood at Cibone’ and our sunset cruise, Lyric sails, was outstanding!!!! The people of St. Croix are friendly and we hope to return to this beautiful island. Thanks, Renee ,for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Location for everything!

The location of the condo was perfect and easy access to Fredericksted and the highway to Christianstead. The complex was very quiet with a very quiet beach front, perfect to enjoy morning coffee on the gallery, or dinner at night. It was nicely decorated and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The reason for the 4 star (accuracy of listing) is because the beachfront by the condo is a rocky shore. The full sand beach entry is at least 100 yards in either direction, with a sandy/rocky entry about 50 yards away. It is a beautiful beach, though. The west end of the island is shielded from seaweed and offers several beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling very close by. Rainbow beach was awesome. Renee was very quick to answer any questions before and after we arrived, and very helpful with dining and activity suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great choice on St. Croix's West End.

C100 is a beautiful condo on the first level of Harbour Beach Village. Owner, Renee, has decorated, furnished, and outfitted the living area completely and tastefully. Everything needed, and more, was available for our 2 week stay. The location on the west end is quiet, secluded, yet close to town, with fantastic snorkeling, beach walking, and hiking just out the door. You have to get used to the screened galley and the constant sound of the ocean just a few feet away, along with the only A/C in the bedroom. Both added to the beauty of the living area---sound, views, fresh air, morning coffee watching birds and dolphin, evening sunsets with a Cruzan and Coke. The grounds were beautifully cared-for, along with the hammock, swing, covered patio, and great pool--Thanks to on-site property managers, Mark & Kim. This was our 6th stay on St. Croix, always on the West End, and Sunset Villa was a great choice.

You are close to fantastic shopping and a host of other activities such as jet ski rentals, horseback riding in the rain forest and the famous Frederiksted pier!
