Exclusive renovated finca, one of the emblematic "Casas del Onyar". It has apartments with capacity for two people, fully equipped and with a special charm. The roof, for the exclusive use of clients, is unique in the city.

With a reform thought up to the last detail to respect the emblematic and exclusive traditional farm (one of the few estates that border the Onyar river that have appeared in infinite paintings) the apartment offers all the necessary comfort to enjoy a fantastic stay in full old town. With an unbeatable location, a step away from St Felix and the imposing Cathedral.
The original staircase has been restored keeping the traditional stone on both the walls and the floor. Inside the apartment, a special warmth is breathed thanks to the pleasant light that enters through the large wooden windows. The views over the river are the perfect decoration. The preserved wooden beams endow the space with warmth and personality.
In the space in front of the windows, the apartment has a modern fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary elements to be able to cook comfortably. It also has a table and chairs to eat while enjoying the spectacular views.
