Lovely apartment with large terrace overlooking Cala di Volpe and the Golf Club.
The apartment features a beautiful furnished terrace with dining area overlooking the Pevero Bay, Cala di Volpe and the famous Golf Club. A gate on the ground floor leads to the terrace via external stairs. The entrance opens onto the living area, made up of a living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed and a TV, and a detached kitchen equipped with all the necessary items. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and access to the terrace, and a second bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as a washing machine and air conditioning.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer and has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. Today the new marina, with 700 berths, is one of the largest and most equipped in the Mediterranean and hosts the prestigious Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, which organizes international sailing regattas.
In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, the location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels, and exclusive clubs.
The whole village is surrounded by beautiful villas and beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind. Indeed, it is a great location to visit the wonders of this stretch of coast. Nearby, do not miss Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, and Principe Beach.
