Keepers House is a rare Cotswold gem which sleeps 8+1 guests, in four beautiful bedrooms, with the +1 option being a single sofa bed, with three bathrooms. This is an exceptional property in our portfolio and not one to be missed. This stylish country holiday house is spacious and caters to all whims; there is a light, airy kitchen designed for the cook of the group, the dining room is perfect for those special occasions and there is a cosy cinema room with a log burner for movie nights. The property grounds are unrivalled, with a swimming pool, a pool house, multiple outdoor games and an enchanting woodland to explore. Keepers House is a place for all the family, not even the dog needs to be left behind as it is also pet friendly!

2 travel cots and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cots, as this is not provided)

Please note the woodland and zip wire are shared with the neighbouring holiday lets, Keepers Annexe and Keepers Stable
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Events are not permitted without prior consent
A security deposit is required at this property
Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Keepers House has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the two neighbouring holiday let properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
