The Space:

Villa Cottage is a delightfully secluded cottage with stunning views over Lourdas bay, perched directly above Lourdas beach within easy walking distance of the beach and beach front tavernas.



This gem of a cottage is tucked away at the south-eastern corner of the sweeping crescent-shaped bay that defines Lourdas as one of the island’s finest beach resorts on the south coast. Nestling amongst a Mediterranean garden of brightly coloured bougainvillea and cork oak trees the cottage offers total privacy for sun worshippers and those seeking complete relaxation.



Built on two floors, the front entrance leads into an attractive open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, which have been decorated in a rustic chic style with comfortable rattan furniture that blends sympathetically with the exposed stone walls. Two sets of patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace, garden and “al fresco” dining area.



Upstairs are two equally charming bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom has attractive vaulted, exposed pine ceilings and French doors out to a magnificent, wide shaded terrace, from which to admire Lourdas’ spectacular sun sets.

If you wish to change your booking, please contact us and we will do our best to help where possible. Kindly note that changes cannot be guaranteed. Please note that all changes must be confirmed in written and via email. Where/when, a booking modification is applicable an amendment fee along with any charges incurred from any of our supplier might be incurred at our discretion and of which you will be informed upon the modification request.



4. Booking Cancellations



If you decide to cancel your rental, you must let us know in writing by email. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by email. In case of a cancellation or a no-show, our cancellation charges will apply, depending on the policy reserved.

6. Holiday Behavior



Throughout your rental of villa or apartment, we would ask you to consider the comfort and enjoyment of neighbors and third parties. Any damage or disruption caused by anti-social behavior is regarded to be the responsibility of the person concerned and Unique Villas accepts no responsibility for any such acts. Should any disruption or damage occur, any costs involved in redressing the damage must be the responsibility of the person(s) causing the disruption. We also have the right to terminate the person(s) rental arrangements, and we will not be responsible for providing any alternative arrangements, or compensation in any form, including any refunds.

8. Our Liability



i. We promise to make sure that the rental arrangements we have agreed to provide are applicable as part of our contract with you. The services provided will be performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. This means that, subject to these booking conditions, we will accept responsibility if, for example, your contracted rental arrangements with us and facilities are not provided as promised or prove deficient as a result of the failure of ourselves, our employees, agents or suppliers to use reasonable skill and care in making, performing or providing, as applicable, your contracted rental arrangements. Please note it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim against us. In addition, we will only be responsible for what our employees, agents and suppliers do or do not do if they were at the time acting within the course of their employment (for employees) or carrying out work we had asked them to do (for agents and suppliers).



ii. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: -



the act(s) and/or omission (s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or



the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or



‘force majeure’ as defined in clause 5 above



iii. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities which your villa owner or any other supplier agrees to provide for you where the services or facilities are not advertised on our website and we have not agreed to arrange them. In addition, regardless of any wording used by us on our website, in any of our brochures or elsewhere, we only promise to use reasonable skill and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different liability to you.



9. Safety standards



Please note, the legal requirements and safety standards of Greece are the ones which will be applied to your rental arrangement and services and not those of the UK. As a general rule, these requirements and standards will not be the same as the UK and may sometimes be lower.
