Payment policy
30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be completed the latest 30 days prior to guest’s arrival.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is no longer available.

For cancellations up to 24 days prior to scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fees apply.

For late cancellations in less than 24 days prior to the arrival or in case of non show or early departure, the total accommodation cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

Booking terms & conditions
Dear customer we would like to inform that at check in time a guarantee of 100,00 euro will be kept for any damages. The 100,00 euro will be returned once that the checkout will be completed with no problems.

In case of guest departure outside reception hours, bill is settled on the previous night. Breakage deposit is then returned electronically to guest within 24 hours, after house inspection is completed.

Children policy
All infants are welcome. The property provide a baby cot upon request.
All children are welcome and can be accommodated in their parents' villa using existing beds.
