Enjoy panoramic sea views from this contemporary, 4th-floor (with lift) studio apartment right on the coast! The apartment is in a smart, modern residence just a few metres from the charming Plage des Sablettes Est. It is ideal for a couple looking for a fun break in glamorous Menton!
The open-plan living space is full of light thanks to the sliding glass doors which open onto the private balcony overlooking the sea. Guests can relax on the deckchairs on the balcony, or enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee at the café-style table with chairs.
Inside, the studio is furnished with a double bed, a flat-screen TV plus a dining table and chairs. The open kitchenette is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Bathroom
The new, fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
One of Mentonâs nicest beaches, Plage des Sablettes Est is just across the road from the apartment. Alternatively, guests can head east over the border into Italy and spend a day on the famous Spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi (6-minute drive). For pet owners, the dog-friendly beach - Plage Pour Les Chiens, is just a 15-minute walk.
All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (3-minute drive). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
The best way to explore the coast is by train and the local Menton Garavan station is just 11 minutes walk from the apartment. From here you can travel east into Italy or westwards along the CĂŽte dâAzur to Monte Carlo (25 minutes) and Nice (45 minutes).
Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Alternatively, Mentonâs main railway station is an 11-minute drive.
