Discover the charm of Hostal Nou de CrespiĂ , a beautifully restored 17th-century property surrounded by nature and silence.
With 6 ensuite bedrooms and space for up to 15 guests, this elegant country home combines history, comfort and total privacy â the perfect place to enjoy special moments with family or friends.
Just 15 minutes from Figueres (AVE), BesalĂș and Banyoles, and 30 minutes from Girona, Olot and the beaches of the EmpordĂ , it offers a peaceful rural setting close to everything.
The entire house is rented as a private holiday home, available at weekends and on public holidays all year round.
The Space
The former Hostal Nou de CrespiĂ lies on the historic transhumance route between the sea and the mountains, midway between the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees.
Today, itâs a home with soul â where time slows down and every corner invites you to relax and reconnect with nature.
On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to the living room with fireplace, a spacious dining area for up to 15 people, the fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with private bathroom.
The hall also includes a reading and games area, perfect for quiet moments or family evenings.
Upstairs, youâll find a second lounge and five more bedrooms (four doubles and one triple), all with private bathrooms.
Two mezzanines can be adapted with extra beds, increasing the capacity to 15 guests.
All rooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets, ensuring peaceful and comfortable nights.
The Kitchen
The kitchen, next to the dining room, is bright and spacious â designed for cooking and sharing.
It includes a gas cooker with five hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge with freezer.
Youâll also find a Nespresso coffee machine and stainless-steel Italian coffee makers, so you can enjoy your morning coffee just the way you like it.
We provide olive oil, salt, sugar and a selection of basic spices, as well as full tableware, glasses and all the utensils needed to prepare homemade meals.
A space made for cooking together, talking, and savouring the simple joys of life.
Outdoors
The outdoor space at Hostal Nou is as inviting as the interior.
A 10,000 mÂČ garden features lawns, terraces with tables and chairs, swings, a childrenâs play area, and a large private pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
The pool is open from Easter, or from April 1st if Easter falls later, until the last weekend of October.
During these months, the water is carefully maintained so you can enjoy refreshing swims and lazy afternoons surrounded by nature.
The garden is framed by walnut and olive trees, offering shade and peace in summer.
The property is fully fenced, without nearby neighbours, and has easy access via a paved road and private parking for up to seven cars.

Hostal Nou is easily accessible from Figueres (AVE), Girona (airport) and Olot.

The area is ideal for discovering medieval villages, cycling or walking routes, and the local cuisine of Gironaâs countryside.
Access & Facilities
The entire property is rented privately (not shared).
Full access to the house, garden and private pool.
Pool open from Easter or April 1st (if later) until the last weekend of October.
No nearby neighbours.
Large gas barbecue available all year round.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the barbecue after use. Thank you for your cooperation!
Before Booking
Security deposit: held on the credit card upon arrival and released after departure if there is no damage.
Tourist tax: âŹ1 / night / person over 16 years (up to 7 nights). Already included in the price.
