Welcome to our beautiful house in Grays. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The next bathroom has a toilet, bath with shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- There is private parking on the premises, plus additional parking for a guest.
- Parties are not allowed at the property. We are 5-10mins away from one of the biggest shopping malls in Essex, Lakeside. Also 35mons away from Southend Beach and Adventure Island. Easy links into London (15mins) with the C2C via Grays station or Chafford Hundred station. Bus stop right across the street from home. Various groceries stores and local shops close by. Beautiful home for families or contractors looking for a comfortable home to enjoy their stay.
