Casa Favolosa is a vacation home nestled in the quiet
countryside of Santa Chiara di Nardò, in the heart of the legendary
Arneo, just 10 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto.
The solution offers up to 6 beds and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, microwave and TV.
The vacation home is located in a residence with other solutions, with which it shares laundry room with washing machine and dryer, barbecue and relaxation area with Jacuzzi and solarium. Pets allowed.

The
Favolosa vacation home is one of the solutions that make up the Zeituna
Lodge residence, nestled in the countryside north of Torre Lapillo, in
the quiet of nature and at the same time very close to the most beloved
and popular beaches of Salento.
The finished and modern house,
with new and comfortable furnishings, has an exclusive outdoor space, a
shaded gazebo with tents, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax
outdoors.
The entrance is into a large and bright living room, furnished with 2 double sofa beds and mini kitchenette. The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom. The house is completed by 1 bathroom with shower box.
Airconditioning is present both in the bedroom and in the living room.

The
Zeituna Lodge residence is located in Santa Chiara di Nardò, a rural
residential area surrounded by nature, not far from the village of
Boncore and the center of Torre Lapillo.
The wonderful beaches of
Salento`s Ionian coast, those of Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and
Porto Cesareo, can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared barbecue, washing machine and Jacuzzi.
- Casa Favolosa can be connected to Casa Carolea for a total of 10 beds.
