The ground floor features an open plan living area with modern design and cozy couches combined with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a dining table for the family lunches. In the upper level of the villa, you will find two Double bedrooms with a sharing bathroom.

Payment policy
At the time of booking, a Non Refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation's amount is required in order to secure your reservation. Remaining payment must be completed within 2 months prior arrival.
A damage deposit of 3000€ is required to be paid on top of the settlement amount within 2 months prior to arrival for all villas to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of stay. The deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after guests departure, in case no property damages apply. in case the damages exceed the security deposit amount held, the guest is obliged to settle the extra balance within 1 week from departure.
*Please note that transactions with AMEX are subject to 1.5% surcharge.
** Upon check in we will ask for the body of the credit card that the reservation was made with. *** Rates includes daily housekeeping cleaning, change of Linen twice per week, change of towels twice per week. Welcome drinks upon the main arrival, Wi-Fi and all taxes.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

All deposits are NON refundable.
*In case you wish to cancel your reservation from booking date and up to 60 days prior arrival date then only the initial deposit with be withheld.
**In case you wish to cancel your reservation within 59 days prior arrival date, then 100% accommodation charges will apply.
***No show or early departure equals 100% accommodation charge.
