The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and various utensils.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, hangers, and access to a small balcony to enjoy fresh air. It's furnished with high-quality linens to ensure a restful stay.

The bathroom comes with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is the perfect location to explore the city. With attractions like the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral nearby, there is plenty to see and do. For delicious dining options, Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante are just a stone's throw away. The location is also convenient, with easy access to stations for exploring the rest of Porto.

This property boasts a prime location for exploring the city. With both Bolhão and Porto São Bento train stations just a 8-minute walk away, guests have easy access to transportation options for further exploration. The central location allows for convenient access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. Whether you're interested in sightseeing or simply enjoying the local culture, this property serves as an ideal home base for your adventures in Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
