Svit nr 3 är på vänster sida av byggnaden. Detta är också hörnsviten. Den privata ingången till sviten är en front hall sätt med ett arbetsbord och stolar. Från denna hall kommer du in i det rymliga vardagsrummet som har bekväma stolar och en bäddsoffa som kan användas som dubbelsäng. Vardagsrummet har ett fönster som ger gott om ljus och en underbar plats att titta på soluppgången. Från korridoren kan du komma in i sovrummet som har ett 14 fot högt tak. Det finns en king size-säng, ett sminkbord, två sidobord och ett rack för att hänga kläder. Det finns också en bokhylla laddad med National Geography-tidskrifter, några går tillbaka till 1950. Framför sängen finns en dörr till vänster som leder till köket. Köket är fullt fungerande och utrustat. I köket finns en bakdörr till trädgården. Dessutom kan köket nås via vardagsrummet. När du står inför sängen finns en hall på höger sida som ger tillgång till badrummet. Detta badrum har också en badkar med klodd med handdusch. Har även tvättställ. Delvis är golven hårda tall från tidigt 1800-tal och ek från början av 1900-talet.

Weekend trip

Had trouble with key box. Lighting inside consisted of 1 high intensity desk lamb in each room. Bed wears terrible. We left after 1st night went to Hampton inn.

Southern Charm and Modern Convenience

This home is as charming as it is convenient. The kind of place where you walk in, and the space feels so comfortable you just exhale, smile and jump on the king size bed for a minute to relax. Easy walk to the coffee shop and eateries….. It was a perfect place to stay with kids because there was plenty of space for everyone to feel more than comfortable…. Book this one, I promise you will thank me.

Quaint little place

It was in beautiful historic district within walking distance to downtown for great food!! The only suggestion I have is need more privacy in the hallway to the bathroom. You have door leading into another apartment with just blinds. Otherwise great place to stay !!

Nice little town and cozy place to stay

Home was older, but pretty well kept. My only real disappointment with the property was the bathroom. It is small, which is fine, but the orientation of the toilet with the sink is awkward. If sitting, you must sit and turn, then the sink feels like it is in your lap. The tub is a nice clawfoot tub and looks like a nice place to relax, and could be, except there was no stopper for the drain available. Furthermore, the online pictures show a wrap-around shower curtain that is no longer there. So you are not able to shower or take a bath and are reduced to sitting in the tub and hosing yourself off. The floor is a little off level and the toilet seat will not stay up, which is awkward if you are a man. Other than that, the place is nice. The bed is very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and sheets available.

Just Fine

We had a fine stay - we felt safe and slept. I can't echo all these glowing reviews though. The kitchen is not well equipped, there's not a tv in the living room (there's one in the bedroom), the bathroom is cramped, and there's not a shower. The listing shows a neat claw foot tub with a shower curtain. I assumed there was an adapted shower head. Now, the curtain is gone and there's only a handheld sprayer. If none of these things bother you, by all means book it and you'll have a lovely stay.

It was absolutely beautiful. Alex was super welcoming and made us feel right at home

I went to have surgery so I stayed overnight. This place was beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We cannot wait to go back. Perfectly priced also.

It was perfect. Exactly what we needed.

It was an amazing experience. Friendly welcoming. My son left an electronic game and they immediately popped it in the mail as soon as they found it. We would definitely stay again if available the next time we go. An unforgettable experience .

Very clean & comfortable, my top two criteria. Beautiful historic location a very welcome plus.

Very much my cup of tea. Neat, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Everything I need in a business accommodation. Convenient off street, private parking. Private entrance. More than adequate elbow room in Unit 3. Wifi worked flawlessly for streaming video. Heat system modern & comfortable. Windows, windows, windows! Lots of natural light. Walking distance to historic downtown & shops & dining at excellent eateries. Friendly cats outside. Owners are very friendly & helpful. I will definitely reserve again if in Carrollton. One of my all time favorites in 30 years of business travel. I usually do find winners with VRBO.
