The Space:
Palazzo affords circa 3.000sq.m. of terrain and 250sq.m of accommodation with 5 bedrooms, 2 of them ensuite, kitchen and comfortable dining and sitting rooms.
The property is mainly arranged over three floors : ground, first and second (loft). Ground floor includes the Kitchen, Dining room and sitting room. On the same floor it is located one Master Bedroom with ensuite facilities and a Jacuzzi.
On the first floor there are 2 Bedrooms. One of them is a Master Bedroom with ensuite facilities and a sitting room.
Finally on the second floor, is the loft of the Villa. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom with Jacuzzi. Four bedrooms have balconies or terraces overlooking the gardens and the pool. The laundry room is located at the ground floor.

Rate includes all villa facilities and local taxes.

Payment policy
After the booking is completed 100% of the total amount will be charged as full prepayment for your stay. In case payment is declined and no payment is received after 24hours hold period, Palazzo Di P reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Any request for modifications will be subject to availability and prior confirmation by Palazzo Di P. In case of no show or early departure the total amount of your stay is non-refundable. No free cancellation (refund) is allowed for this rate however guests payment will be kept as credit towards a future reservation, special conditions apply in relation to COVID19 measures.
Due to COVID-19 outbreak, Palazzo Di P has amended its cancellation policy in order to provide maximum flexibility to its guests. Even for the non refundable rate, 100% refund will be applied for : a) Flight Restrictions/Cancellations and b) Country of origin and/or Country of destination (Zakynthos Island "ZTH" - Greece) restrictions, within or less than 7 days prior to arrival, which ban's arrivals (the requirement of performing rapid tests or PCR tests andor submitting PLF forms "passenger location form" or any other declaration for guests trip, is not considered as a restriction).
