It enjoys a privileged position with a view of the valley extending to Mount Vesuvius, making it ideal for easily reaching the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, and the wonderful Amalfi Coast, which is only a few kilometers away.
It is also close to the Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km) airports and the Naples-Sarno International Circuit (22 km), making it a strategic choice for sports enthusiasts and those traveling for business or pleasure.
Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 5,000 square meters of countryside and divided into 3 guest apartments (CILIEGIO, MELOGRANO, MANDORLO) and one designated for a farming family.

CASA MANDORLO, located on the first floor of the Casolare Uliveto, is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and charming stay. In recent months, it has been completely renovated along with the rest of the property.
Access is via a steep and characteristic 19th-century piperno staircase, leading to a welcoming environment full of charm.
The apartment consists of:
âą An entrance/hallway leading to the bedroom and living room;
âą A double bedroom;
âą A spacious living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette;
âą A beautiful 40 sqm terrace accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Agro Nocerino, Mount Vesuvius, and on clear days, even Ischia. The terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets.
