York Beach Promenera till Short Sands och Yorks Wild Kingdom

Stor stuga på en lugn återvändsgränd väg, ligger mellan Short Sands och Nubble Light. Fem minuters promenad till Short Sands ett sätt och Browns glass den andra! Första våningen har vardagsrum, matsal, sol rum, kök, badrum med badkar / dusch och tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en liten veranda på baksidan bra för morgonkaffe i solen! Övervåningen har två sovrum.

Stor privat trädgård, det mesta på sidan av stugan, med tillräckligt med utrymme för en familj cookout (gasgrill på bakgården) och parkering för 3 bilar.

Det finns en gas värmeelement på huvudnivån för de kyliga "off season" nätter.

Köket är fullt laddade med kastruller, stekpannor, fat, etc. Vi tillhandahåller filtar och kuddar men du måste ta med egna lakan och handdukar.

This was our second time staying here. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be much better and the owners were easy to work with. We’d definitely enjoy staying here again next year if available.

The property was well-stocked and in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to town and the Nubble. We enjoyed the yard and back patio and porches! Quaint, but had everything we needed!

Perfect Vacation

Great Location, Spotless Cottage, Excellent Hosts

We spent a few weeks at the cottage and it was absolutely perfect. The location, the home itself, and the outdoor space all exceeded our expectations. Being within walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands made it easy to get around, whether we had the car or not. Communication with the owners was smooth and responsive, and the cottage was spotless upon arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back next year!

Great place!

We had 3 teens and 2 adults. Location was great, we spent most of our time at the beach. About a .6 mile walk to the Nubble lighthouse which was perfect for a morning walk with a cup of coffee. The house was very well stocked. The only downside was a lack of AC. Fans were in every room, but with the heat wave it was warm!

Great place to stay !!

Great place to stay with kids, dead end street with very little traffic, large lawn to play, outside shower to rinse the beach sand off, nightlights in all rooms just to name a few.

Love this cottage!

We’ve stayed in York Beach area before but this cottage was perfect for hanging out with family, either in the main living area, the porch or the lovely back patio. The ground were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage in york

This was a great cottage, plenty of space and a large yard to play. Short walk to short sands beach, less than 10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Area

The area was beautiful and house was perfect for what we needed it for. Didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we wanted since we were part of a softball tournament. But the over house is very nice and area is just beautiful!

Houston extended family 1st visit to Nubble Light

Booked this for my uncle and his daughter and 2 children ages 11 and 14 for two nights. They loved it, went to Nubble, Short Sands beach, Lobster Cove and a good time was had by all. I'd recommend this cottage it was clean, and location was stellar. Loved the little back patio with its gas fire pit, we made s'mores with the kids...

Girls weekend

The house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Outside sitting with firepit (propane). Just perfect for us. Walking distance to Short Sands. Communication was very good.

Lovely place to spend our week in York!

We had an amazing time this year. This was our first time staying here and I can’t wait to return. From the location, to the overall condition of the property- as well as the amenities included, we had a wonderful experience. It felt like a home away from home. Family vacation

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was super super clean, and had everything we could have imagined. Beautiful front and back porches, great for coffee in the mornings! Amazing patio with a fire pit and grill. The location to the beach was perfect, short 8 min walk to short sands, and a 5 min drive to long sands. Sue was incredible to deal and very responsive. Can’t wait to return! Would highly recommend this place!!

Wonderful time

We have stayed in many laces in York. This by far suites our needs and fulfilled our expectations completely. Clean beyond clean, comfortable with yard for cornhole badminton etc. hopefully we will be able to stay here again next year. Thank you. EBBIGHAUSEN/Leonard families

Perfect Sisters weekend

The cottage was quintessential New England. I wasn’t surprised to hear the history; the pictures on the walls, furnishings and everything radiated family and past gatherings. There was everything we needed to serve food, extra blankets to snuggle with and the fire pit was also fun to gather around in the evening. The gas heater also took off the chill! What a wonderful neighborhood, great places to walk and eat. Sue was very responsive, got back to us quickly with any questions, and was extra flexible. We hope to return soon!
