Villa Morgoth is a charming retreat situated just 100 meters from the serene Provatas Beach in Provatas, offering guests an idyllic seaside escape. This well-appointed air-conditioned villa features free WiFi and a terrace that boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. With its prime location, the villa is conveniently positioned 4.5 kilometers from Firiplaka Beach, ensuring easy access to both relaxation and adventure.



Spanning 85 square meters, Villa Morgoth comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of five adults. The villa comprises two separate bedrooms, each furnished with double built-in beds, and a versatile sofa bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements. There are two private bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, offering convenience and privacy for all guests.



The villa's layout includes a ground-floor bedroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, all complemented by a lovely terrace. Additionally, there is a separate, independent room located in the basement, featuring a double built-in bed, private bathroom, TV, and a private entrance, ensuring a secluded space for added comfort.



The villa's kitchen is designed for both functionality and convenience, featuring a washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kitchenware, electric kettle, oven, stovetop, and toaster. A dining table is also provided for enjoyable meals. In the bathrooms, guests will find free toiletries, a shower, toilet, towels, a hairdryer, and toilet paper.

Warning - Lack of transparency about these properties! The road to our rental was scary which may have been ok if we had been told about it. The pictures of the ocean view were misleading, we had a minimal view. There was loud construction, and again, the owners seemed aware of the noise and didn’t tell us. The WiFi didn’t work. The hot water wasn’t consistent. The mattresses were SO hard. The lights in the unit were uncomfortably bright. It just wasn’t a fun or relaxing experience. When I expressed frustration there seemed little flexibility for them to make autonomous decisions without running it through the corporate leaders, they wouldn't offer a discount. 2 out of 5, do not recommend. Only redeeming feature was us having space.
