In the building complex, you will find a tennis court and you can enjoy swimming in the large pool. Within a short walking distance, you can get to the popular Fig Tree Bay beach and Protaras's most lively street.

As you enter the apartment through the entrance you will come upon the living area, which features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a kitchen area. This is the place where you can sit and relax during your stay in the city and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads to the small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
In the bedroom, you will find a double comfortable bed with comfortable pillows and a large wardrobe where you can store your belongings.
The house is fully airconditioned and has large sliding rooms in all rooms that let ample light to come inside and light up the space.

Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you canât find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
âą If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
âą EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
âą Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of âŹ30/stay for Baby Cot and âŹ10/stay for High Chair
âą Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
