Den har ett båthus och över vattnet rep svängning och sittande gungor för att njuta av på båthuset rymliga däck.

Detta 3-sovrum, 2 badrum och ett halvt badhus har utökat sovmöjligheter för högst 13 gäster:
Sovrummet har king size-säng (sover 2).
2: a sovrummet har king size-säng (sover 2).
Tredje sovrummet har våningssäng med queen size-säng nedanför och full säng ovan (4 bäddar).
Två vardagsrum har två drottning bäddsoffor och en dubbelsäng bädd (5 sovplatser).
Njut av den fantastiska sjön och upplev den lugna naturen från det stora trädgårdsdäck, balkong, luftkonditionerat båthus och tillgång till internet eller täckt struktur på gräsmattan.

House was ok, clean enough inside, except the huge dust bunnies under the bed. Back porch was beautiful but the cushions were too dirty from bugs and birds too sit on and tables were filthy. Patio furniture further out was cleaner but the wood and cushions were so degraded didn’t really want to sit on them, not comfortable. The red chairs and fire out were great! The boat house was creepy, covered in spiders and webs. Side boat house was cleanish. Boat tie up was dangerous, in part bc of rough water but also bc the boards are sloped and when wet on top of mildew present, very slippery, 2 people did the splits unwillingly. Nails were protruding as well. Kitchen was not very well stocked with dishes and such compared to other places we’ve stayed. Even though we paid a cleaning fee, we had to do a lot of normal cleaning ourselves. Communication was good but she’s very particular, charges extra for many things. Wanted to have friends come by for the holiday but couldn’t so we had to pick them up at the marina dock and not bring them to the house, even for a meal. Never experienced that before either. Not sure I could recommend.

Host was very quick with communication. Neighbors & area were calm & quiet. House was nice, clean, air hocky table was definitely a hit, perfect temperature inside, listing was accurate. Relaxing place to stay !

Great experience!!!

We had a great time. The only thing was the little bugs that was in the boat house and around it and at the main house and getting inside. They need bug zappers.

Comfy Place to Get Away

Great communication, nice and roomy property with wonderful views, beds were cozy, great TV accomodations. So many areas to gather inside and out. Played lots of Fusbal and Air Hockey!! Loved the water toys provided, and the boathouse with AC was nice!! Unforunatly the lake was a bit low so it limited what we could do on the water...but we still had a great time! Would recommend for sure!

Lake House Getaway

We had a wonderful time!! Our children enjoyed the lake, and the kayaking and canoeing was a blast for all!! The air hockey was a favorite and the swing and rope at the boat house kept the children entertained.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this has been bothering me. The house is fine, it's older, but suitable for families and friends...a typical lakehouse. There's some mold in the showers and the dock is super rickety and dangerous for kids, whatever. The problem was that after our stay, the owner said she was charging us for damage to the boathouse doors from a DOG. We did not have a dog at this house. She sent pictures of the doors and said her cleaning lady and husband check before and after every guests stay. Judging from past reviews, we obviously aren't the first ones to deal with this. Thankfully, we had spoken with the neighbor everyday and he was able to confirm we did not have a dog. This was the only reason she didn't charge us. We literally walked in the boathouse one time, looked around and that was it. It wasn't very nice so we had no reason to hang out down there as the back porch is much nicer. We have stayed at many many rentals and never had an issue, so this was very disappointing. If you book here, just make sure to document literally everything.

Summer Fun

Overall great neighborhood, wonderful lake toys provided and a comfortable remodeled lake home. My family and I had an excellent time during our stay. The drought has hit TX hard, so the lake levels were surprisingly low and the water was warm. The house was super cool and comfy when we arrived which was so refreshing. My family and I we would recommend a stay here.

Lovely House

My husband and I had three teenagers and one young adult with us on our trip. We had so much fun! First off, the lake house is really nice! The beds are extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was really cold! It was so hot outside that we were so thankful that there were fans and air conditioning in the house! Thank you for that! We played a lot of foosball, a lot of games that were provided, did a lot of cooking indoors and on the grill outside, hung out a lot on the deck in the back. My family really enjoyed the lake! Love the paddle board! The kids had so much fun using it! They did s'mores at night using the grill! Yumm! The owner was very nice and answered all my texts. Thank you for letting us stay in your home! It was fun!

Great place!!

Super clean, great views, and great amenities with the house. Was too windy during our stay to use the kayaks, but that would have definitely added to the trip! Was still a great stay with the cornhole boards!

Beautiful views

We had no problems what so ever with the house it’s was very and large and the views of the lake are amazing. We brought our own towels and plates cups silverware and such so we didn’t need to use the ones at the house. We just missed having cable tv with everything going on and left early. Besides no cable I have no complaints. We will return again and the homeowner was very patient with us checking in , it was our 1 st Vrbo. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Good, but sparse.

The house was good overall. The layout of the house is nice and the outdoor space is great. There were a ton of rules to follow and be worried about. The door lock is very temperamental. Typically taking 2-3 tries to lock or unlock. We couldn't watch local stations, aka football games on the downstairs TV, because there is not a digital antenna. There were a minimal number of bath towels, only 2 upstairs and 4 downstairs. No hand towels or wash cloths. There were 9 of us staying a the property for 4 days and 3 nights. My brother had a bath towel start to pull apart on the first day. There was only one dishtowel available in the kitchen. The kitchen did not have any plastic cups or plates for the kids. The kitchen only had salt and pepper and the bare necessities in the kitchen. And only a few dishwasher and cloths washing tabs. The home looks to be completely cleaned out after every guest, which is disappointing, basically like staying at a hotel.

last minute make ready and lots of bugs , house was bug bombed within 24 hours of our arrival so everyone left with sinus and respiratory issues, alot of dead bugs inside and the boat house was infested with spiders, my wife was bitten 3 times on back back by something, not a mosquito, I can only assume it was a spider because there was so many of them, very narrow road, the house seemed to be ok other than the bugs but the outside and outdoor furniture was run down, very dissapointed

House on the Lake

Location was perfect for little kids. Water not deep near the shore and they liked jumping off the dock. Double bed bunkbed didn't work for little kids so we had to put them on the sofa. Open kitchen/living room was nice. Upstairs was warm. We had a boat, and no place to dock was a problem. Overall, a good time.

Positives: plenty of room, comfy beds, right on lake, lake toys to use if its not windy, great A/C in house, great TVs Negatives: property seems unkept or overused (not super clean in house or outside spaces) grass too overgrown for yard games, minimal kitchenware, dried out wooden patio furniture, A/C doesnt work in boathouse, no good ladders/steps to get out of water, cannot tie up your boat at dock

Pleasant stay on the lake

Great place for the price. Nice yard for games and convenient boat house and dock. Especially nice having access to kayaks and paddle boards. Kitchen counters and sinks upstairs had quite a few ants, and the pull out sofa was uncomfortable. Recommend bringing an air mattress instead. Overall, would book again

Awesome home and property!

Twin Pines was great. Right on the lake. The place was roomy and neat, inside and out. Everything we needed was right there. Enjoyed the kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard. The house was spacious and updated. We will have to book it again on a weekend when it isn't raining!

Comfortable beds, not enough towels

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. We loved the boat house and lWe had a large group and didnt have enough towels or pillows.
