Boasting great transport links to the city centre, business districts and easy access to the M32/M4 and M5 motorways, you’ll find everything you need just a short walk or drive away. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, our home provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
The property is well-proportioned over 3 storeys, has a lovely rear garden and has everything that you’ll need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Downstairs you will firstly find our living room which has a toasty wood burning stove, TV and a comfy sofa/sofa-bed which is a joy to unwind in after a long day. Walking further into the house you will find the main living space. This would include the rear lounge with another wood burning stove, the dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for socialising, cooking up a treat and catching up with friends and family.
This space of the house also backs out onto our peaceful garden which has a Weber Kettle BBQ and plenty of space to soak in the afternoon/evening sun. Also downstairs, you shall find a utility room which includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC.
On the first floor you will find 3 cosy bedrooms each with a hybrid spring/memory foam mattresses and the main family bathroom.
