The expansive outdoor area invites you and your loved ones to unwind in style, featuring two sparkling pools for refreshing dips, and two sophisticated dining areas for enjoying meals in the open air while admiring the sea views that stretch before you. A fully equipped BBQ station, nestled under a shaded pergola, provides the ideal setting for grilling, while lush landscaping enhances the peaceful ambiance.
Indoors, Anelia Villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens and two spacious living areas, all designed to seamlessly blend with the outdoor space, ensuring effortless relaxation and entertainment.
Left Building
Ground Floor
Walking into the left building, youre immediately drawn in by the soothing pastel tones that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a convenient full bathroom with a washer.
The living room offers a 65" Smart TV, a stylish sofa, and a wood furnace for chilly nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making self-catering a breeze, and features an island with four stools. Next to the kitchen, the dining table seats four and offers a stunning view of the outdoor pool.
Strolling down the hall you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) that can be converted into two twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), upon request. LOCATION
The villa is located just outside of Almyrida, 23km east of Chania city, on the south shores of Souda Bay. Almyrida area offers visitor amenities such as restaurants, cafes and mini-markets. Taverns on the beach are famous for fresh fish and delicious traditional Cretan food. The unspoiled countryside and the lush oil groves around Almyrida are ideal for hiking and exploration. Just 2 km away from Villa Anelia there are two nice sandy beaches, with shallow waters, safe for children in waveless days. The villa is also near to Kalives village, a picturesque village built on a fertile green valley, where several rivers flow and also has a small harbor. Almyrida and Kalives are two of the most famous seaside resorts in the region of Apokoronas.
