I look forward to welcoming you to my Newcastle City Centre Flat.
- A 1 bedroom Flat containing a king size bed in the main bedroom as well as a king size fold out sofa bed in the living room.
- Central location very close to many popular local attractions.
- Well equipped kitchen with a modern bathroom
- Large master bedroom with storage and desk space available.
This 1 Bedroom Flat is perfect for a relaxing stay in Newcastle and gives you easy access into the many popular attractions the city has to offer. I have chosen furniture that is both stylish and comfortable and the king size sofa bed could easily be mistaken for a traditional bed, once it has been set up.
The Property sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. It is perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends travelling to the city. It is not suitable however for any large events, stag or hen parties. With a large king size bed in the main bedroom and a king size sofa bed in the living room area, there should be plenty space for guest to enjoy a good night sleep.
You will enter the property via a front door that is shared with the upstairs neighbours. Once inside the main building of the property there will be a private front door on your right hand side leading into your home from home.
Once inside the living / dining space will be on your right with a large wall mounted TV, dining chairs for all guests and a single arm chair and sofa.
Down the corridor you will locate the bathroom on your first right with a bath and overhead shower. Continuing along the corridor, the master bedroom is again on your right hand side and contains a large King size bed, wardrobe space and a desk for those needing to work while travelling. The kitchen space is at the rear of the flat and has many key amenities there to make your stay as convenient as possible.
As guests you will have complete access to all spaces inside the property. The front door leading to street level, and a small corridor space is shared between yourself and the upstairs neighbours. Rest assured they will not have access to the flat itself. At the rear of the property there is a courtyard area that is shared between yourself and upstairs.
At this time there are limited free parking spaces on the road at the rear of the property, and parking is Paid for at the front on street level. The street can be busy during peak times but generally you will find a space no problem. Pay by phone is available at on the street. The app “pay by phone” will ask for a code which is 71090 outside the property or please check signs nearby where your car is parked. If you would prefer to park in a multi story car park, there is a 24/7 car park an 8 minute walk from the property on Stowell street in the centre of Newcastle.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
