The house distribution and the location are very convenient. However, the house is very old not kept well whatsoever, smells humid, tons of mosquitos and need many repairs. Windows and door don’t lock at all, master shower on the first floor is very old and uncomfortable. Everything went fairly ok considering we didn’t spend much time in the house the first few days. Until everything turned into a nightmare. Pool wasn’t getting cleaned, we had problems with toilet that was reported and never was checked. Then to top it all off the day before leaving they cut the power at the house, it was extremely hot! I complained and nothing was done other than offer to transfer us to another crappy house down the street. Fortunately my family lives here so we had a place to relocate but any tourist coming around please be careful!! This house is not worth your time! The host was very apologetic but NEVER resolved anything! It is very sad and unfortunate just be careful! If you do decide to stay here bring tons of bug spray so you don’t get dengue and know the kitchen is extremely dated and impossible to cook anything. Do not let the pictures for this property fool you.
