Villa Bel Fiore is located in the historic town of Sveti LovreÄ, in the interior of Istria. This modern 3 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 7 people and offers a spacious garden with a wellness area and a pleasant, tastefully decorated interior. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the good news is that it also allows pets.
The interior of the villa covers 180 mÂČ and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an open plan space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or watching movies in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you could need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker and wine fridge. You can enjoy your meals together at the 6-person dining table. All rooms are air conditioned, while on colder days you can warm yourself by the fire in the fireplace.
Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, satellite TV and internet. There is also plenty of storage space and 1 room has access to a balcony with a relaxation area. The bathrooms are spacious and have walk-in showers. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries are provided.
In the 1000 mÂČ garden of the villa you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing area. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue area, as well as an outdoor dining area, ideal not only for dining, but also for enjoying your morning and/or afternoon coffee. All this in the beautiful surroundings of the green interior of Istria, which you can see from every corner of the villa. The villa has a private parking lot for 2 cars and a charging station for electric vehicles.
