Villa St Thomas är en mycket privat plats belägen på 353 meter havet. Vår privata föreningstrand är en 300 gårds gångavstånd. 0,5 km bilresa till Lindquist-stranden.
Vi är en mil väster om Red Hook och alla de lokala restaurangerna, en mil väster om färjan som går till St John och BVI, och en halv mil öster om den berömda Lindquist Beach.
Det finns tre delar till vårt hem som alla har tillgång till vår mycket privata Infinity Pool och badtunna.
Vår hyra är baserad på 8 gäster, varje gäst över 8 $ 100 per person och natt. När hyra är för 10 personer stugan ingår i hyran.

Vi rekommenderar starkt reseförsäkring på grund av väderförhållandena.

HUVUDHUSET
3 sovrum.
Det stora sovrummet har två badrum.
2: e och 3: e sovrummen har eget badrum eller kan användas som en familjssvit.
Stort kök, matplats, plats för upp till 12 inuti och upp till 8 vid bordet vid poolen och ett stort vardagsrum med storbilds-TV bara för att sparka tillbaka.
Alla områden har direkt tillgång till poolen.

Den lägre nivån Åtkomst av utsidan trapporna till lägre nivå vid poolen.
Har ett sovrum med king size-säng, sittgrupp, badrum och ett sovrum med queen och dubbelsäng.
Perfekt för en liten familj.

Det finns ett stort däck precis vid havet från både övre och nedre nivåer.
Från nedre däck är det 20 steg ner till havet för bra snorkling och kajakpaddling.

STUGA
Detta ligger 8 meter öster om huvudhuset köket och har ett sovrum med king, bad, kök och vardagsrum med privat däck, Perfekt för ett par som vill ha lite mer privatliv. Stugan ingår i uthyrning av 10 personer.

Det finns två spelpennor för spädbarn, men vi ställer inte upp dem. Eventuellt ansvar som följer av felaktig uppställning är hyresgästen ansvar!

Beyond our wildest dreams!!

This property is STUNNING. It truly made our multi-generational family trip to St. Thomas so special. The layout of the house and incredible infinity pool overlooking the water were perfection. The pool was perfect for all ages- even the little kids were contained and had a blast! Brent helped us with an easy check-in and check-out and everything at the house is beautifully curated and well thought out. We can’t wait to go back!

9 of us. All adults. Great location. Wonderful pool overlooking the water. Well stocked kitchen. Climate control worked very well. Whole house generator kicked on a few times and didn't even notice . Highly recommend

Paradise found

Thanks to our hosts for an amazing family vacation. The house was amazing, the pool and patio was perfect and the views were once in a lifetime!! Couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of 10 getaway.

We had an amazing multi-generational family stay. The house and area was exactly as advertised, with stunning views, a lovely pool, amazing access to beaches, and a great house set-up. Terrific property support during our stay as well.

Island paradise!

Beautiful property with privacy for all. House is in great condition and has an amazing northwest view for sunsets over the pool. Lots of interior and exterior space. Manager is a local with lots of good advice for fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. enjoy!

Amazing Home and view

This is truly an amazing house designed to maximize the beautiful ocean views. They thought of everything! The nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped. Space abounds and again the view! Pool/hot tub and deck is amazing sitting on a small cliff just above the surf. We will return!!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa

Our family stayed at this villa over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The villa itself is extremely spacious (good for those moments when a large, extended family just needed a little space!) and impeccably cared for. There wasn’t a single item we ever came across that was not there and very easy to access as needed. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen! It worked beautifully to prepare an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. If you are also like us, the beds and bedding matter a lot, and everyone remarked about how comfortable they were. Everything described about the villa is highly accurate. Kent and Brent were friendly, terrific to work with, and extremely responsive. Brent even just checked in once or twice during the trip to ensure everything was ok. 5 stars for customer service! We have stayed on STT several times over the years and found this home to be truly special, and that’s before even mentioning the decks with all the views. The down island view of STJ and the BVIs is spectacular! The location in a private gated community about 1 mile from Red Hook and everything there was a huge plus as well. Overall, we lived everything about the villa and would highly recommend it.

Great trip

We spent a week here and had the best time. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. We really enjoyed the pool. The views were amazing. Brent was a HUGE help and was quick to answer anytime we had a question about house / St Thomas. He had a HUGE impact on why our trip was so amazing. We will definitely try and come back!

Best week ever

We had the best time in St Thomas and it had everything to do with our first few steps on the island. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. I would rent again in a heart beat.

ABSOLUTE PARADISE

This house is absolutely stunning - Every comfort at your fingertips, and if you need anything Brent is fantastic! Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed. The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! Great location, near everything you needed.

Amazing family vacation

The Wildern's beautiful oceanside home is situated on a point of land surrounded on 3 sides with views of nearby cays, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands. The views, and sunrises / sunsets, are absolutely spectacular! The location is close to Red Hook, with numerous restaurants and a ferry to St. John. The home is comfortable and well-designed for large families like ours, especially since we like to cook. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens we've encountered in a rental property. The concierge, Brent, was very helpful in arranging dinner reservations, and in promptly attending to a couple minor mechanical issues that arose. This is certainly a property we would return to.

Paradise

Let’s start with the views…..the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen and from the infinity pool looking out on the ocean seems like a fairy tale. The property manager,Brent, is amazing and from the time we booked until we checked out, was responsive. He’s also just a really nice person and we enjoyed getting to know him. The house was great for our family of 11. Plenty of space. Everything was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys for all. Our son enjoyed the grand piano…..music, drinks and a sunset. Doesn’t get better than that. We will definitely be back.

Villa St Thomas

We were a group of four couples, traveling to St. Thomas for a relaxing vacation. This house checked all the boxes and for some of us that have been to hotels and other rentals on St Thomas, this was absolutly the best place we've every stayed! The property manager, Brent, made sure everything was perfect for our stay! We will be back!

Expensive but good.

Great property located right on the edge of the ocean. Not a sandy beach but my boys had fun looking for critters. We spent a week at Villa St. Thomas, enjoyed it and would recommended.

Absolutely Stunning!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Pictures do not do it justice. Thank you Brent and Kent! See you soon.

Fabulous Family retreat

We visited March 16-23rd. This home was a great layout for our family ages 18m to 87 yrs. Fully stocked and beautiful layout with stunning views from all areas. Private yet close to dining, beaches galore, shopping. All the comforts of home in paradise. The hosts and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again next year.

Dream Vacation House

This property is truly spectacular! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. Overall we had a terrific stay and highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great week at Villa St. Thomas. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security. We can't wait to come back!

Family New Year's Triup

This house was amazing. We were a family of 12. Everyone had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed our mornings and evenings looking out over the water from the pool deck. The private beach, which was just a short 2-3 min walk from the house, was spectacular. I've already recommended this house to a couple of my friends to look at for a family vacation.

Outstanding family vacation house.

Everyday waking to the incredible view and beautiful house was breath taking. The property manager Brent made our vacation. He was responsive to every need from the first to last day. Brent ensured the property was totally functional and extremely clean. He gave great tips on chefs, excursions, sight seeing and restaurants. We had a 100% positive experience and plan on returning to this property.
