Our Duplex in the Heart of Seville

Our duplex is located in one of the most privileged areas of Seville, right in the city’s most iconic neighborhood: La Alfalfa. Just a 7-minute walk from the Cathedral, you’ll enjoy a stay in the historic center, with all the comforts you could wish for.

We offer a full complimentary breakfast (espresso coffee, orange juice, bread, pastries and baked goods, eggs, cold meats, fresh fruit, etc.), as well as refreshments and snacks, courtesy of your host.

Free parking is available, subject to availability. Please check when booking, as requesting it on the day of arrival may mean it’s already taken by guests from another apartment.



The Apartment

The apartment is split over two floors:

Downstairs: living-dining area with a comfortable 150 cm sofa bed (sleeps two), 60-inch smart TV with all streaming platforms available, a work area with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your best dishes.
Upstairs: master bedroom with a next-generation 140 cm mattress, and a modern bathroom stocked with everything you might need — hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, face masks, and top-brand personal care products.


The apartment opens onto an interior patio, perfect for getting some fresh air or having a smoke if you need it.

The Neighborhood

La Alfalfa is full of life and authenticity. Even though it’s located in the very center of Seville, it’s not your typical touristy area, but rather a place locals love to frequent. Just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find two supermarkets, clothing boutiques, pharmacies, opticians, laundromats, a children’s playground, and a wide range of bars and restaurants — from traditional Sevillian food to more sophisticated or international cuisine.



Into Flamenco?

You’ll be very close to a very special place: La Carbonería (Calle Céspedes, 2). Tourists often pay high prices to attend shows in traditional tablaos (and yes, they feature amazing professionals), but if you’re looking for something more spontaneous, authentic and raw, La Carbonería is the place to be. And the best part: entry is free!



And just across the street… the legendary Bar Garlochí

Even if it’s just to peek inside, don’t miss this spot. Right across from the apartment is the famous Bar Garlochí, a unique bar where sacred art meets Seville’s wild nightlife. It only opens after 9 PM, and you’ll often see lines of curious tourists who read about it in travel guides. Its décor is filled with statues and paintings of Christs and Virgins, and the atmosphere is so surreal you might not believe us — but we’ve seen Tarantino, Uma Thurman and Jude Law sneak in more than once.
