Great!

We had a wonderful experience at this location! The place had everything we needed in order to enjoy our stay. Location was close to beach which made it convenient to walk with our three children. Only recommendation I would have is up upgrade the blinds in the rooms…other than that it was perfect!

Great location

Although not on a beach or able to view one from the condo it is a mere block to the gulf. block and a half to the bay. Were there in Jan/Feb, the pools are not heated so were too cold to use. the appliances were nice. plenty of space inside. Furniture is not very comfortable but for the majority of time you are not inside.

Good place and value!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was a little smaller than the pictures made it out to be, but that wouldn't keep me from going back again. It's in a good location. We enjoyed our time.

Labor day weekend family getaway

I enjoyed our stay ar this condo. It was clean and roomy. Conveniently located on first floor and pool is directly in front of patio. The ocean just a short walk. Even the reserved parking spot is right outside the condo door. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Everyone enjoyed being at the beach and from this location it was just a short walk. Nice kitchen and appliances and comfortable beds. One of the best features is the pool side patio. Sitting on the patio and watching them swim was great.

Perfect Condo

This property has EXCELLENT access to the private pool. Close to beach access points and shopping. Also has a gas grill on the patio. Very calm and quiet great for an adult getaway.

It was a great condo for our little girls getaway. The pool is right outside the condo which makes it easy to make dinner while the kids play in the pool.

SPI Getaway

Other than having issues with shower door, the condo was well taken care of and nice inside. The Condo was spacious and accommodated my family of 5 very well. The sofa bed was not good to sleep on though. My son did not sleep well. The beach very close, about 2 minutes.

High Tides and Good Vibes

Our stay was fabulous and can’t say enough. October is definitely a fun time on the island and the condo did not disappoint. The ease of the awesome pool being directly outside the patio gate makes hanging poolside ideal, which is where we spent almost all of our time since the tides were historically high during our stay. The condo has all the amenities you’ll need with and updated kitchen and bathrooms plus nice fresh linens for guests. Beach accesses are 1/2 a block in either direction of the condo and so is Wanna Wanna a local favorite hangout. I will definitely stay here again and next time can’t come soon enough.

Home was okay

It just needs some upgrades to help with the home but the beds and couch was very comfortable. Nice view of the pool with direct access that made it easy for my son to go to the pool everyday.

Perfect for our family of five!

Was a nice “at home” feeling with easy walking distance to the beach! Kitchen was perfect for some meals “in.” Only thing that was a little odd was the “rolling electricity”... some outlets worked fine for charging phones/computers and then the next minute wouldn’t work at all. Place was quiet — didn’t hear any of the neighbors. Awesome air conditioner!! Propane grill’s lighter was out, so bring a lighter - there wasn’t one on site. Liked how spacious everything was for everyone to spread out. Living room TV has hdmi ports and local WiFi were strong enough to support our Apple TV just fine. We used the coin laundry and it was $1.75 to wash and $1.25 to dry... make sure you bring enough quarters for a couple of loads. We did and it paid off to have clean beach towels mid-week and bath towels... especially with 3 teenagers! It was really nice that the pool is literally 5 steps from the back door. Be sure to read the rules on the back of the fridge... things like don’t dry your towels on the patio gate... were included. We were kindly reminded not to do that by a resident. No ocean view, but great view of the pool! Overall a good time and would definitely do it again.

Gillade: Kommunikation och plats

Great location!

The location was a short walk to the beach. One huge plus is that this unit's patio led straight to the pool. Washer and dryer are across the main door and require quarters. The unit had utensils, pots, pans, dishware, coffee pots, etc. The furniture is a little Golden Girls'ish. The sleeper sofa isn't very comfortable but they do have an extra cushion to put on top. It is located in the second bedroom closet. There is only one dedicated parking spot. We had to ask for another and lucked out because we have disabled plates and they had an open disabled parking spot open. However, had we not had disabled plates not sure where we would have been able to park our second vehicle. They have very limited parking. The restrooms were clean but the floor throughout the place could use a good scrub. There is plenty of dining space and the overall appearance, space and cleanliness of the unit was acceptable. We would stay, again.
