Nova Letnica Sunny Studio is an apartment located in a prime area of Gdańsk, just a 20-minute walk from the Gdańsk Lighthouse. Inside, the lighthouse features an exhibition on the history of maritime navigation and the work of lighthouse keepers. Nearby, you'll also find Brzeźnieński Park – one of the most charming parks in Gdańsk, located in the Brzeźno district along the Baltic Sea coast. This popular recreational area is enjoyed by both residents and tourists throughout the year. The park offers numerous attractions, including green spaces perfect for walks, picnics, and relaxation in nature. It also features several cycling paths that encourage active outdoor leisure. A promenade runs through the park, providing beautiful views of the sea and surrounding areas. Just 1.5 kilometers from the apartment is the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk stadium, which hosts numerous sporting and entertainment events. In the vicinity, you’ll find a variety of cafés, restaurants, service points, and entertainment venues. The apartment is well-connected, with numerous bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy for guests to access all the attractions that the Tri-City has to offer.

Nova Letnica Sunny Studio features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a single bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
