Nestled above a charming café, this convenient apartment spans the 1st and 2nd floors. Featuring 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/diner, it's perfect for socializing and getting ready together before heading out to explore the Lake District.
Entrance: Access the apartment via a front door on the ground floor next to the Cow Shed Café.
Utility Room/Mud Room: A few steps up from the entrance, you'll find a utility room equipped with a washing machine, hangers for wet clothes, iron, ironing board, and other essentials.
First Floor:
King Size Bedroom: To the right, there's a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, sink).
Open-Plan Living Area: The first floor also features a spacious sitting area with a smart TV and a large window overlooking Windermere High Street.
Dining Area: The dining table can extend to seat 6 guests or be set up for 4.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.
Second Floor:
King Size Bedroom: Another king-size bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it.
Shared Bathroom: This bathroom, shared by the two second-floor bedrooms, includes a bath, shower, sink, and WC.
Twin Room: A comfortable twin room, perfect for additional guests.
All bedrooms feature non-feather bedding, Otti mattresses, and smart TVs (please note, logins are not provided).
