- A large dining room with a 10-seat table that converts into a 7ft pool table
- A second lounge with log burner, SMART TV, and seating for 8-10
- A luxurious family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower
Three upstairs bedrooms:
- Master Suite (king bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite)
- Blue Room (double bed)
- Flexible Attic Room (double futon + separate double bed, sleeps 4 â note low ceiling)
