From the 2026 season, Villa Florinda will feature a newly added bedroom with a private bathroom in the area of the covered summer kitchen. This upgrade increases the villa’s capacity to 8+2 guests. Please note that photos of this new space will be available in March 2026
Villa Florinda is a newly built, luxurious retreat designed for up to 10 guests, nestled in a serene and unspoilt Mediterranean environment. Spanning 120 mÂČ of fully air-conditioned living space, this modern property is set on an 1200 mÂČ fenced plot, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort for your stay.
The villa features three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed (180x200cm), a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and A/C. Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), A/C share two family bathrooms equipped with showers. A spacious living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and more. The living room is an ideal spot for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV, PS4, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for two, and air conditioning. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Step outside to enjoy a spectacular outdoor area, surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants. The highlight is the private 9 x 4 m pool, complete with 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a cozy bbq area. High-end vacation!

What a wonderful stay we had, absolutely gorgeous villa. We enjoyed the pool, table tennis and stunning views. Sandra the host was so lovely and responsive, so helpful sending us lots of recommendations. I would advise you get a good taxi company as getting Ubers can take some time due to the secluded area but we found some great reliable companies. Split is only 25 mins away. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fantastic property, had everything you could ask for. Everything finished to a very high standard and host couldn't have been more helpful. Great for kids as well with astro football pitch and table tennis. If I was being very picky then would say location isn't ideal. You definitely need a car as can't walk anywhere. But that aside a wonderful property and a lovely country.

Unsere Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Die Parkmöglichkeiten könnten fĂŒr manche GĂ€ste etwas herausfordernd sein, aber es hat fĂŒr uns letztlich funktioniert. Die Lage war fĂŒr uns persönlich nicht ganz so ansprechend, was natĂŒrlich Geschmackssache ist, und das wussten wir im Voraus bereits. Insgesamt aber ein guter Aufenthalt mit einer tollen Gastgeberin, die sich wirklich um ihre GĂ€ste kĂŒmmert.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Croatia! The house was perfect in every way—spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The spacious yard was a great feature, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was stunning and provided endless fun for our group. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving us wine, water, and ice upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also loved having a grill and a ping-pong table available, adding even more to our experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay truly unforgettable.

Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien Urlaub zu machen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – perfekt fĂŒr heiße Tage und eine tolle Möglichkeit, zu entspannen. Was diesen Urlaub jedoch besonders gemacht hat, war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthalts standen sie uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ob es um Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, Restaurants oder einfach nur um eine Frage zur Unterkunft ging – sie waren immer erreichbar und Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Haus jedem wĂ€rmstens empfehlen, der eine erholsame Zeit in Kroatien verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
