It features sleek fixtures and a spacious layout, including a large walk-in shower, a vanity with ample storage space, and fresh towels provided for your stay. For our guests with pets, we kindly request that you inform us about the type of pet you plan to bring before we can confirm your booking. If we accept your pet, there may be an additional cost, which can be paid upon arrival.

Please note that parties are not allowed. You are welcome to play music during the day and evening, but it should be kept at a level that does not disturb the neighbors.

A security deposit is required, which will be returned in the same way it was paid, provided the house rules are respected and there are no issues.

Check-out is at the latest 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible, depending on availability, and fees may apply.

There is no specific parking for the property. However, there is plenty of both free and paid parking in the area. During busy periods, availability can be limited.
