The villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens, located on the ground and first floors, offering all the necessary silverware, dinnerware, and modern appliances to accommodate large groups with ease. With six generously sized bedrooms, each featuring individual air conditioning and heating, the villa comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests.

Porto Cristo is only six miles away, while S’Illot and Sa Coma are slightly further, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the region's beautiful beaches. In Porto Cristo, visitors can indulge in activities like boat rentals, scuba diving, and boat excursions, and savor some of the finest dining experiences in the region.



The six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. On the first floor, a large bedroom with a double bed shares a bathroom with a second bedroom featuring twin beds. The master suite on the second floor includes a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private sitting area. The other two bedrooms on the second floor each feature king-size beds, separate sitting areas, and en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, a twin-bedded room with direct access to the pool terrace offers a separate sitting area and an en-suite bathroom.



Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a selection of local products, fruits, and refreshments, ensuring a warm welcome. The villa offers several modern amenities, including free WiFi, satellite TV, a game console, a Blu-ray player, and more.
