This bright, south facing two bedroom apartment in Residencial Duquesa is located in a quiet and peaceful complex in Sabinillas a short stroll to Duquesa Marina. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with a private car park with allocated space, a communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool which are surrounded by tropical gardens and 24h security. The apartment is conveniently located a short walk from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and the beach.
The Master bedroom has an extra large bed and ensuite bathroom, there is another twin room, shower room, and the property comes with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The bright modern living room opens onto a sunny terrace with views to the sea. It has private WIFI and TV channels.
The whole apartment is for guests use aswell as the communal gardens and pool.

These are noted by the orange/brown shading on the Portillo bus timtables from La Linea and Algeciras and Estepona. From Estepona Bus Station you can take a bus to Marbella, Malaga Airport, and Malaga city Bus Station and from there to other main destinations on the Costa del Sol. From La Linea you can walk across the border to Gibraltar town and Gibraltar Airport.
