Elmleaze Non Hot tub · Three Bedroom House Near Gloucester City Centre
Elmleaze is a fantastic semi-detached home that can sleep up to 6 guests, in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Beautifully presented throughout, this self catering home benefits from a modern kitchen / diner, a cosy lounge with a log-burner and off road parking for up to 3 cars. Elmleaze is located in the residential area of Longlevens which has excellent transport links into Gloucester City Centre and nearby Cheltenham Spa, the Centre for The Cotswolds.
On the ground floor is a hallway that has an area for shoes along with a coat stand. Off the hallway is a separate lounge area which has enough seating for 6 people along with a cosy log burner and Flat Screen Smart TV.
At the back of the house is the open plan kitchen/dining area that has a fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is a utility room which houses a separate washing machine and dryer. There is a down stairs shower room next to the utility.
The dining area can accommodate 6 people which leads to a conservatory with a table football machine that guests have the use of.
Leading from the conservatory is the garden which has outdoor seating for 6 people.
Upstairs, on the first floor is 3 bedrooms and main bathroom with a bath and shower over. Two of these bedrooms have double size beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
Will always be prompt to respond to any communication and always on hand to help during the hours of 7am and 10pm.
A quiet residential area. There are 2 small supermarkets within walking distance and the City Centre is a short drive / bus journey away.
There is a private drive for up to 3 average sized cars. Street parking is unrestricted too for extra vehicles and the main road is around the corner with convenience shops / chemist and bus stop to town and buses usually run every 10 mins and normally run 24 hours a day.
Please note: there is a hot tub in the garden that can be offered for an additional price. Logs can also be offered for the log burner at £20 per crate.

1. Check in is from 4pm, we try and accommodate early check ins where possible and if you require this please advise when booking so we can check our availability.

3. No shoes worn on carpeted areas.
4. The house cannot be used for parties. I kindly request noise too is kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am out of respect to my neighbours.
5. Pets are allowed for an additional £20 per night.
