Owned by a pair of film production designers, Villa Xanadu is certain to impress. Overlooking beautiful Kalamar Bay, the expansive outdoor area provides an opportunity for barbecuing, outdoor dining and entertaining, and of course, relaxing by the glorious infinity pool with spectacular views of the Turquoise Coast. The villa includes a rooftop Jacuzzi and lounge area, as well as table tennis for some healthy competition. Villa Xanadu benefits from a warm, sophisticated interior accommodating up to 8 guests in four sea-view en-suite bedrooms.

Offering four bedrooms and spacious living accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to maximise the sea views from all levels but it's not just the beautiful vista that will impress guests. The interior design of the property is some of the most creatively thought-out and stylish to be found in any Kalkan villa.

In addition to the large pool terrace, each of the bedrooms benefit from a little slice of outdoor living with their own private balconies. Villa Xanadu is located in an elevated position in Kalamar Bay 400m from the sea and is a 25 minute walk to Old Town.

Ground Floor -
The interior of Xanadu features warm colours in its design, reminiscent of spices piled high at any good bazaar in Turkey, and the shades are complimented by the dark wood furniture. Traditional textiles such as tribal kilims and wall hangings can be found throughout as well as carefully selected art pieces. The open-plan living area includes a relaxing lounge space with large comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and 42" LED TV. The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen boasts sleek design and high-end black ceramic worktops creating a stylish space to create a culinary feast. The dining table seats all guests comfortably for memorable evening meals. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead out to the swimming pool and alfresco dining terrace and afford great views across the bay.

First Floor -
Bedroom 1 - A double bedroom featuring a King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks and a Jacuzzi bath. Doors lead out onto a spacious furnished sea-view balcony.

Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and doors that lead out onto a furnished sea-view balcony. The twin beds can be converted to a Super King on request.

Second Floor -
Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom featuring a Super King-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and twin sinks. This bedroom also has a comfy armchair, mini bar fridge and kettle. Doors lead out onto a furnished roof top terrace with a loveseat, rattan easy chairs, coffee table, cushioned sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Outdoor Space -
The spacious terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and incorporates the infinity swimming pool. To the side of the villa is a dining table with 8 seats, and a well-equipped kitchenette with sink, cupboard, and stone BBQ area for entertaining. Relaxation is easy to come by on the pool terrace which features comfy sunbeds, parasols, a cushioned Ottoman style seating area and a luxurious day bed. A bamboo covered pergola and a remote-controlled wall type awning provide shade when required.

Annex -
On a level separate from the main house the villa includes a unique, luxurious and romantic self contained suite. With its own private bamboo and bougainvillea covered outdoor area for relaxing, one can enjoy both sea and mountain views. The suite contains a generous lounge area, with bar fridge and sink, water cooler, television and sound system. The king sized bed is perfectly positioned to catch the sea view, and leads into a large bathroom with double sink, jacuzzi and walk in shower. Gorgeously appointed, it speaks to Ottoman times but with a modern twist.
