LIVING ROOM
Step into the cosy living space and embrace the immediate feeling of serenity. The rich herringbone parquet flooring brings a touch of warmth, while the shades of blue introduce colourful character. Watch a flick on the projector, or immerse yourself in a book from the stacked bookshelf. On the other side of the room, a piano, guitar and set of shelves sit near the entrance to the kitchen.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The dark blue theme continues as you step down into the sprawling kitchen, complemented by shining white countertops and plenty of natural light streaming in from the skylight above. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities including an espresso machine, microwave and air fryer, youâll have no trouble cooking up a storm in here. Nearby, the large, picnic-style dining table is the perfect spot for socialising over a homemade meal or a cocktail.

Through the door next to the dining table, step out into the private garden. A patio with a bench and table gives way to a lush natural lawn, perfect for a picnic on a sunlit day.
