Located just 600 metres from the exclusive Puerto Calero marina, Casa Bella Vista offers you an unparalleled relaxation experience in a serene environment, perfect for a calm and comforting holiday. This modern three-storey house has been designed to offer maximum comfort, taking care of every detail to ensure your stay is simply perfect.
On the ground floor, the cosy living room has air conditioning, Smart TV and direct access to a charming terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in its outdoor dining area. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, includes oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware so that you don't have to worry about anything. Additionally, on this floor you will find an additional toilet and a practical back patio with a grill-plate.
On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms are located. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, spacious wardrobes, and a private balcony with impressive views of the volcanoes. The second bedroom, with two single beds and a large wardrobe, is ideal for families or groups of friends. Both share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor houses a very spacious third bedroom, with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, making it an ideal space for greater privacy and comfort.
Casa Bella Vista offers you a wide variety of amenities: air conditioning in the living room and in the third bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, clothesline, iron, ironing board and safe for greater security. Additionally, you will have access to the communal swimming pool of the Noray complex, the perfect place to relax under the sun.
Bath towels, bed linen, and beach towels are included, so you only have to worry about enjoying yourself.
Located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Calero, the house is a few steps away from a modern sports centre and very close to the port, where you will find an excellent gastronomic offer, exclusive shops and activities for all tastes: from boat trips to routes through the volcanic landscapes of the island.
