This stunning four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is located on the tenth floor of an elegant building in the heart of Granada. It boasts a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the cityâs skyline, including the Alhambra, the cathedral, and the AlbaicĂn. Additionally, it offers a large private parking space in the same building, with direct access to the apartment via an elevator.
Upon entering, a welcoming foyer leads to a grand living room of over 60 square meters, divided into three areas: a dining room with an elegant round table that seats eight, a lounge with designer sofas and a 55-inch Smart TV, and a relaxing area with armchairs, all flooded with natural light from large windows. The adjoining balcony offers unparalleled views of Granadaâs most iconic landmarks.
The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a breakfast bar and a separate laundry room. The elevator also connects directly to the garage, providing easy access from the parking area. The entire apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
The four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom suite has a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large wooden shower tray. The second bedroom also has a 160x200 cm bed, while the third is equipped with two 90x200 cm single beds. The fourth bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and are designed for maximum comfort.
This apartment is situated in the heart of Granada, in a historic neighborhood next to the emblematic Roman Bridge. Its excellent location offers easy access to the cityâs main tourist attractions, as well as being surrounded by shops, restaurants, and historical landmarks.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of ⏠100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
