This is an independent house, with vaulted ceilings in tuff ashlars, accessible by a private staircase; it consists of an air-conditioned family room comprising a living-dining room with kitchenette and two sleeping areas with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms (one of which is external) with two showers and bidet, as well as a balcony and terrace overlooking a quiet street with sea view. The entire accommodation is rented to a single group/family unit; balcony and terrace (furnished only in summer) are for exclusive use, from here you can admire the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze.
The ideal accommodation for 4 people has a double bed + 2 single beds (or French bed), with the possibility of adding a cot for a child or a sofa/bed for teenagers upon request (along with the cot it is also possible to request a high chair ).
It is possible to park for free on the street or in the immediate vicinity of the structure; if indoor parking is needed, there is the possibility of using private garages, for a fee, if available. The area, a 5-minute walk from the city centre, is quite quiet and is served by restaurants and shops of various kinds.
