Duplex in Denia by the sea with air-conditioning
This beautiful duplex with a community pool is located just 150 meters from Las Marinas beach. The urbanization where it is located has a lawn area with plants and trees. The pool area is very pleasant and has a small pool for children.
To access the house, you have to climb some stairs, which would be equivalent to a "mezzanine" floor. The duplex has cold/hot air conditioning throughout the house, as well as wifi. Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room with an open kitchen, which is fully equipped and includes: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.
The cozy living/dining room has a TV and access to the terrace, where there is a table and chairs for your use and enjoyment. Next to the kitchen is the courtesy bathroom.
When going up the stairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms. One of them has two 90cm beds and the other has a 1.50m bed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
