2 x large double bedroom suites (160cm bed, ensuite bathroom and mirrored wardrobe/dressing area )
1 bedroom with 2 x single beds + upon request 1 additional foldout bed
1 smaller bedroom with 1 x single bed

DOWNSTAIRS:
2 x large double bedroom suites (160cm bed, en-suite bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows & pool views)
both rooms upon request can accommodate an additional fold out single bed.

Upstairs there is also a large roof terrace, with beautiful sea views, overlooking the pool & with additional seating.

Every bedroom has also blackout blinds, air con, and five have high-tech ceiling fans & mood lighting.

Downstairs the stunning living area has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony style upper floor, overlooking the sofas and fireplace. You can log into the TV with your accounts for Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc.

It leads out to the terrace & pool area, with a gas BBQ and seating for up to 14 people.

The pool is exceptionally large compared to most villas (14.5x4.5m)
In winter it can be heated - an electricity charge of €40 per night applies.

Alongside the pool is a spacious sun deck with sunloungers and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sunshine all year round in this part of Spain, which enjoys 320 sunshine each year!

The designer kitchen is fully equipped with a large full length fridge & full length freezer, dishwasher and all the appliances you might need, making it easy to cook from home if you choose. We provide condiments and tea/coffee to ensure you have a great stay.

Parking for several cars, high speed WiFi, secure electric gates and an additional, large outside space with table tennis complete the property. This is the kind of villa that is rarely available for rentals!
