Welcoming you to this seaside holiday house, just a 20-minute walk from the vibrant heart of Falmouth. This bright and airy retreat features large windows in every room, offering stunning views of Penryn Harbour. Interior – Providing plenty of space for guests throughout their stay, the property is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the open plan living/dining room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a downstairs bathroom. The first floor features a spacious master bedroom with kingsize bed with harbour views, a spacious double bedroom, a triple single bedroom, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Exterior – The private garden to the rear is rugged but spacious, complete with an outdoor dining table large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Access to the rear garden is available through the dining room sliding doors.

Facilities – The property central heating with instant hot water on demand. The kitchen comes with an electric oven, hob, spacious fridge, microwave. Next door, in the garage, which can be accessed from inside next to the downstairs bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a freezer. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities such as fast WiFi and a smart TV. For leisure activities, a selection of board games and puzzles are neatly stored in the cabinet in the living room for your entertainment.

We have your family's needs covered with readily available amenities including a travel cot and highchair. We also provide clothes drying racks, along with an iron and ironing board for any last-minute touch-ups.

Parking – Private parking for 1 car on the driveway and there is plenty more free parking on the street, if required.

Getting around – Situated just off the main road in between Penryn and Falmouth, the bus stop is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the house. The buses run regularly and will take you into Falmouth, Flushing, Penryn, Mylor Bridge, Truro and many more surrounding areas. There is also a water taxi/park & float service, a few minutes walk from the house, that takes you into the centre of town.
