Detta hem är en sällsynthet vid stranden, och har fantastisk havsutsikt från vår Sky Deck och utsikt över det världsberömda Cherry Grove-området. Med piren på avstånd kan du ta en dag med att ta en lång promenad och njuta av färskt kalebassskaldjur direkt över det majestätiska Atlanten! Bara några minuter bort ligger all underhållning, shopping och restauranger du kan önska dig. Main Street har nattmusik med livemusik mellan de olika strandklubbarna och barerna, och det är också ett familjevänligt område som erbjuder glassbutiker, butiksbutiker, skaldjur och pizzarestauranger, en arkad vid havet och till och med karnevalturer under säsongen. Well set up for large groups

We loved the house. So spacious for our large family of 22. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We loved the double ovens double microwaves, and double dishwashers. Location was top notch, being close to the beach and nature preserve. The grills need updating. The gas grills were unusable and the charcoal grills had seen better days and were just usable. Thanks for a great stay. Would stay there again.

Great property!

This property is perfect for families interested in getting together. It has extremely large common areas and nearly every bedroom has its own bath. The property is less than a five minute walk to the beach and is perfect for families visiting Myrtle Beach. We would rent here again.

Christmas Vacation

My Family had a blast. The checkin process was easy. Everything was nice and clean. The only problem we had was one of the ovens went out on us, so it made it a little more difficult being that we needed two ovens but we made it work. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. We will stay there anytime!!!

AWESOME WEEKENC

We had a great time my grands loved the game room of course. It is close enough to walk to the beach to see Gods amazing view and the pool was at our back door. Just a little disagreement with our neighbors on parking but that was soon handled.

Overall a great house and god renters.

The house was well accommodating for our group. There was some confusion with communication as we arrived with another renter they had at another property but not a huge deal. They were quick to respond. If there was a question we had they got back to us quickly.

Nice neighborhood, close and easy access to the beach and close to shopping.

The property could use some updated couches in the downstairs living room and the upstairs game room. We had to clean the floor downstairs when we arrived but all of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and all of the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean and the appliances were operational. Very spacious and plenty of room for my family of 18. We had a good Christmas week at this property.

Things to change for a better stay

We Overall had a good experience. There were some things that could be changed for example there was not any pots for the coffee makers, the bathrooms toilet seats are chipped, the bedspreads or comforters could be changed. We like the open experience of the kitchen area and sitting area. It was decorated very nicely and also was very bright and lights

Great for large groups.

We always do a large family vacation 20+ people and this location and property was perfect for us!! Walking distance to the beach. Tons of space for everyone. 2 fridges and 2 microwaves. Fit 4 vehicles perfectly. Would def recommend for a large group of people. Myrtle beach is amazing and soo much to see. Love, love, loved it!! The kids and adults loved the pool. Safe place to stay easy to get to. Minutes away from the fishing pier. No complaints.

Slightly rundown, but good house

We had a large family reunion here, and it filled our needs pretty nicely. The kitchen was a bit scarce on cooking dishes, and had basically no cups-which was disappointing. It’s large, and we didn’t feel cramped at all-the bedrooms are nicely sized. There were plenty of places that could use some TLC, but nothing glaring. It’s not an upscale property, but we had a nice time-the pool, poker table, and arcade game were all very popular with all ages we had. And we loved that it was about a 1-minute walk from the beach. So easy to come and go. Overall a pleasant experience!

Satisfied

The house and location and communication with the manager and maintenance were amazing. We had an issue with the front door lock not working and maintenance took care of it within the hour. There were 2 small ant problems. Ceiling needs some touching up in the living room. Other than that (and I wouldn't even mention it but this is for others reading reviews and looking for honesty). The place and location can not be beat. I'd stay here again every year if I could. Thank you Tropical Rays for a beautiful vacation!

Needs an update!

The house is large and spacious, but needs some care. The carpets on the stairs were really dirty. The house looks old, needs to be updated. The kids loved the pool. Way too many requirements on the instructions. Oh, if you will rent it, bring toilet paper and paper towels, they don't put any at the bathrooms. They left 3 rolls of tp and one roll of paper towels for a 7 bathroom/6 bedroom house.

Communication not at all good during the stay

I have had communication with the management before the check in and everything was prompt. The after we checked in there was a bug issue in one of the bathrooms and we immediately called the emergency number as well sent an email to inform the same. But nobody turned up and we had to tackle the problem ourselves. This is completely unacceptable. The property is good, spacious overall but cleanliness and communication need to be better.

Location, Location, Location

Tropical Rays was perfect for our family reunion. The Location was idea. Close to the beach but not on the beach. Located less than 5 minutes from the beach and in the middle of the action. We also liked the ease of moving from activity to activity from the home. Parking is great. We had 4 seven passenger vehicles that we are all accommodated easily. The rooms are great - each had it own bathroom and enough privacy for a group of 22. The teenagers loved the game room, while the adults hung out on the main floor and the younger kids hit the pool. There was something for everyone at this wonderful home. From the home it is easy to get out of the area and onto the freeways to head north or south of the property. We found that it is ideally located between the various boating activities in the north and the adventure events in the south. This home was really a delight! Thank you for letting us enjoy the home and create memories for years to come.

Recent Stay for a Family of 20

We had a family of 20 stay at this location. We originally chose the house based on its location and ability to fit our family. While the location and space fit our needs, the overall home and experience left much to be desired. There were beds advertised as being queen sized beds, however they were only a full size mattresses. Additionally, there were sleeper sofas advertised that were very old and dirty with food left inside the couches and throw up stains on the pillows. The third floor was unbearable to sleep as it had temperatures in the high 80s. The air conditioning did not properly circulate making it very difficult to sleep with a 7 month old baby. Overall, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, however I would not stay in this property again.

College Retreat

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Nice having a place within walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed in the layout and a little deceived by the pictures as we thought there were two "separate" buildings on this site both sharing a pool. Instead, there were two units that share a wall, one facing the street (which was ours) the other facing the backside of the house and pool. The other group was a large family with lots of young kids and the pool is much smaller than the pictures seem to show. Therefore, while my college kids wanted to enjoy the pool they could not because of all of the little kid toys and pool floats that the other group had left out most evenings. The only other issue we had was the air conditioning unit in the third floor wasn't working when we arrived, one of the dishwashers wasn't working, and some of the ceiling fans needed maintenance. All in all, three star rating was good. If we came back I would look to either rent out both sides or find another location to have a more private pool.

Great house!

House is beautiful! Great location! Recommendations: Beds could really use an upgrade- some are okay but some are really bad and uncomfortable. More and better kitchen utensils. TV remotes need batteries. Windows need repair so they can be opened. Couldn't figure out TV in living room, no remote (instructions would be nice). Cleaning company didn't do the best job. Dust all over furniture. Guests before us puked in a bucket and we found it, not the cleaning company. Views from the house were great! We watched many gorgeous sunsets. Open floor plan is great! So much space! Plenty of parking. Grills by the pool were nice to have. We all enjoyed the game room- especially the arcade game. We really enjoyed our stay and if the mattresses got upgrades (including the pullouts :-), we would definitely come back!

Ocean view, excellent location close to it all but with nice peace and quiet. Fantastic new restaurants and shopping centers nearby, plus tons to do for families, couples and friends! Golf, nightlife, para sailing, live music, arcades and ice cream shops for the kids, and excellent dining options. Plus our home has grills poolside for the ultimate vacation experience!
