1 500 kvadratmeter, två nivå lägenhet lägenhet inbäddat i bergen i Kootenay National Park i byn Radium Hot Springs, BC. Beläget 2. 5 timmar från Calgary (Alberta) International Airport, och 1. 5 timmar från Banff i Banff National Park. Radium har en semester på alla årstider och har tillgång till ca 20 golfbanor inom några minuter till 1 timmes avstånd. 6 av Kanadas bästa skidbackar från 30 minuter till 1. 5 timmar bort; Radium och Fairmont naturliga hot springs, och utomhusaktiviteter massor!

Den fullt utrustade enheten innehåller två sovrum med queen size-sängar och ett loft (som tredje sovrum) med två dubbelsängar. Tre tvättrum kompletta med dusch (3) och / eller badkar (2). Fullt utrustat kök med spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskvatten. Luftkonditionering och tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Två däck, med utemöbler och grill. Gratis internet / wifi tillhandahålls. Ett urval av brädspel, kort, böcker och DVD-filmer. Rökning förbjuden, inga husdjur.

Utomhuspool (öppen säsong från maj till oktober), med en utomhus bubbelpool och inomhus badtunna (öppet året runt).

Minuter kör från Radium Hot Springs, och 15 minuter till Invermere och Windermere Lake med offentlig badstrand och tillgång till båtliv och tillhörande vattensporter. Sjön blir en massiv skridskoåkning på vintern.

This is my fourth time staying at David’s it’s such a lovely condo with lots of room for a bigger families. The Peaks has been a favorite of ours for many reasons location along with a nice sized pool and the whole complex I find is very friendly. David is great he responds quickly to messages and very pleasant to speak to you will not be disappointed .

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Radium, BC last weekend! The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the host provided clear, helpful instructions. The condo itself was spotless and very well-equipped with plenty of kitchen supplies, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the TV with Roku for entertainment, and the underground parking spot was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation!

My wife and I, along with our young daughter, stayed here in May of this year and loved it so much that we went back at the beginning of July. The place is super comfortable, close to amenities, and quiet. Our daughter loves the on site pool and the playgrounds that are a short walk away. The owners make it very easy to feel at home with their clear expectations and explanations. The condo is also very well stocked. We plan to return next year!!

The loft apartment was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for the four of us girls. The heated pool was a wonderful spot to spend the day. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were lovely. The balcony was a great place to relax in the evenings, where we saw a lot of wildlife. It was a short walk to some fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back next year; it's a great spot!

Radium Condo

The property was extremely nice and was supplied with everything we could have needed. Our daughter enjoyed the upstairs loft area. The amenities such as the underground parking and pool/hot tub area were an added plus. As I am a light sleeper, there was some noise from trucks on the nearby road but that is not the fault of the owner.I would recommend this unit to those who are looking for a convenient, lovely place to stay in Radium.

Great Location and lovely property

All is wonderful at this condo except there is no cable TV or off-air. There is a Roku to enable streaming services but we could not manage to connect to it. I would suggest the owners activate the cable TV box they have on site to enable basic programming access to their short term tenants.

Spacious & clean with all the amenities. The kitchen was well appointed with quality pots & pans which we appreciate as we eat in on our trips. The kids loved the loft with their own beds & bathroom. The only consideration I’d give is if you are AC spoiled. We are used to sleeping with the AC set at 66 degrees Fahrenheit at home.7 The only AC is a unit in the main floor living space. If you close bedroom doors you have no AC. The loft was at least 5-7 degrees warmer than the main floor. Fans were provided for each bed which was very helpful. We were fortunate that the high temp was only in the 80’s the first & last days, so the sleeping temp was manageable. The property is so clean & so close to town. There is a trail, park, shops, ice cream, & more within 10 minutes walk. A great condo & location.

Beautiful Area

Condo worked perfectly for our family group. Was clean and well appointed. As the mid-point stay of our road trip, we really appreciated the washer /dryer, and the comfy beds. Our trip included Yellowstone, Glacier and Banff/Lake Louise with our favorite being the condo in Radium Hot Springs.

Perfect spot for our large family!

Right from the moment we walked in we felt like we were home! The space was clean, comfortable and had literally everything we needed. The little kids loved the pool, the big kids loved the loft. We had 8 people in this space and it did not feel cramped at all! We would love to stay here again sometime. ♥️

Simply Perfect

Stayed 3 nights with our family and senior parents and it was perfect for the 6 of us. It is VERY difficult to find a rental with 3 bathrooms, but this one has it! The unit was VERY clean and had lots of amenities. The building was also very clean and quiet. Lots of parking, and the pool/hot tub were just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would choose this one again for sure!
