Summary:
We are proud to present this lovely townhouse, located Doña Pepa area of Quesada, This property is situated within a gated community and its front garden overlooks the communal pool area and the private parking. The property is comfortably furnished and has both English and Spanish TV. There are front and rear gardens, as well as balconies to enjoy the sunshine. There is air-conditioning and Wi-Fi available throughout. This property comfortably sleeps 6 people. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
The townhouse has a large lounge/dining area. An independent kitchen with everything you need for your holiday. From the kitchen, it leads onto the rear garden. There is a large double bed in the downstairs bedroom, with a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. Off the lounge is a shower room. Up the stairs are two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin single beds and the upstairs master has a King-sized bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Upstairs you also have the family bathroom, with a modernised walk-in shower.
At the front of the property, there is both a patio area with sun loungers perfect for relaxing in the sun, and a terrace that is covered which houses both a BBQ, and a dining table with chairs perfect for alfresco dinners.

The Neighborhood:
Within a five-minute walk, there are many bars and restaurants as well as the nearest pharmacy and both Consum and Aldi in Lo Marabu Commercial Center. Not far from there you also have the Quesada Go-Karts, with both go-karting and a soft play area to appeal to children of all ages, including big kids.
Slightly further afield (10â15-minute walk), heading towards the Salt Lake you have Doña Pepa itself, here you also have many bars and restaurants as well as Hotel La Laguna and Spa, for those looking to pamper themselves.
The centre of Cuidad Quesada also boasts many bars and restaurants as well as a water park (open from June to September), mini golf, and bowling, all of which are just a 5â10-minute drive away or 20 min walk.
There are many Spanish towns around the area for you to explore (Benijofar, Algorfa, Rojales). The nearest beaches are located in both Guadamar del Segura and La Mata, both are approximately 15 minutes' drive away. However, the coastline is full of beautiful beaches for those seeking a beach holiday to explore with Torrevieja being approx. 20-minute drive away with its boardwalk, funfair and night markets. Those wishing to venture further afield both Benidorm and Alicante being within an hourâs drive as well.
For the avid golfers, this part of the Costa Blanca has a great choice, both La Marquesa and La Finca are within a 15-minute drive but if you wish to go further afield in either direction you have Las Ramblas, La Sirena, Font de Llop and Alicante all within a 30-minute drive to name a few.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended if you wish to fully explore the area and make the most of your stay but is not needed as there are a great many amenities available on foot as well.
